This buzzword is being raised increasingly on RFI's for Tenders and it has caused us to detail what we see as our unique logistical setup.

We would emphasise that our logistical setup is based not on one but three central hubs serving our many local distribution centres. What this means is that we have far fewer large vehicles on the road and shorter distances for product to travel.

In addition Quicks customers can receive Stationery, Print, EOS, Furniture, Small Business Machines, Catering and Janitorial supplies on one delivery vehicle.

Quicks actively encourages within the business and for customers to 'Reduce, Re-use, Recycle'.

What Quicks are about to reduce their Carbon Footprint
  • Paper and Board Recycling
  • Currently testing 3 LPG Vehicles
  • No petrol vehicles on the company fleet, reducing CO2
  • Part of London Re Made
  • Actively encouraging the Sales Force and Management to use Public Transport

How can your business reduce its carbon footprint
  • Be more environmentally aware
  • Produce less emissions
  • Replace your daily office products delivery with say two deliveries a week.
  • Be more aware of the right suppliers to work with.
  • Be more aware of the right environmental products to buy.

Quicks Office Supplies have the Solutions
  • Set up your ordering through Quick Click, our web based ordering system and save your business energy and time.
  • Consolidate all your company's orders. All your supplies would be delivered via one vehicle.
  • Opt to replace your daily delivery with say two deliveries a week.
  • If you are London based use our Early Bird service which delivers your supplies prior to 8.00am when our vans get around London much quicker, reducing congestion and CO2 emmissions.
  • Plan your stock levels by talking to your account manager saving both time, money and the environment.
  • By addressing your delivery and purchasing methods and where your products are sourced, YOU could have a positive effect on the environment.
